There have been a few questions regarding the provost rules.
First, when the Town of Gettysburg is mentioned, it is the event site town of Gettysburg, not the actual town of Gettysburg.
Second, the reference to foot/horse traffic is for the roads along side the event site. Due to the narrow roads, for safety purposes we cannot have people or horses on the pavement. This would be Bullfrog Road, Pumping Station Road and Cunningham Road. We do not want to have anyone injured due to the traffic we will have on these roads. Also, it will help our fellow reenactors move up and down those roads to expedite our arrival onto the site.
I hope this has helped clarify.
